Summer Vibes & a Solar Eclipse: A Look Back at the Hoenderloo Fair!
Soaking up the lively atmosphere, discovering delicious local products, and enjoying the iconic bandstand in the background… The summer fair in the heart of Hoenderloo is always a festive highlight in the middle of the Veluwe. And on Wednesday, August 12, we were thrilled to be a part of it!
Our stall was filled to the brim with unique treasures—from a wonderful selection of donated items to colorful, handmade pieces from Tanzania, India, and Zimbabwe. It was a vibrant display that quickly caught the eye of passing visitors.
It turned out to be a day full of memorable moments:

A Touch of Cosmic Magic: What made this edition truly special was the solar eclipse! Around 8:00 PM, the market quieted down just a bit as everyone paused to enjoy this breathtaking natural phenomenon.
