With sadness, but above all with deep gratitude, we say goodbye to Mrs. Andriessen, who passed away at the remarkable age of 95.

For many years, she lovingly and devotedly crocheted hundreds of teddy bears and little mice.
These small, soft gifts found their way to children all over the world – from Tanzania and India to Cuba, Jordan, and many other countries.
For so many children, her cuddly creations brought a moment of joy, comfort, and security.

Thanks to her tireless dedication, we still have a stock of these little dolls, ensuring that her loving work can continue for years to come.
Her legacy lives on in every cuddly toy that a child will embrace.

We are also deeply grateful to Gré Hagendijk, who connected Mrs. Andriessen with our foundation. Thanks to her, this beautiful initiative became possible, allowing so many children to receive a piece of warmth.

We will remember Mrs. Andriessen as a woman with a big heart and diligent hands, who made the world a little more beautiful with her talent and dedication.

Rest in peace, dear Mrs. Andriessen. Your warmth will live on.
